Van Dolder's Kitchen and Bath is seeking a reliable and personable Residential Construction Remodeler to help deliver exceptional remodel projects across Grey and Bruce counties. Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll assist with both kitchen and bathroom renovations from start to finish, including framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, cabinet installation, and finishing work. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Support full-scope interior remodels, including demo, layout prep, rough-ins, installs, and finishes</li><li>Load tools and materials at the shop and commute in the company vehicle to the job site</li><li>Follow instructions from the lead installer and work closely with the team to maintain pace and quality</li><li>Safely operate power tools, handle materials, and keep work areas clean and organized</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients when on-site</li><li>Use (or be willing to learn) software like Buildertrend or JobTread to share updates and photos</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3 or more years of hands-on residential construction or renovation experience</li><li>Strong carpentry, trim, flooring, or cabinet installation experience preferred</li><li>Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation to Owen Sound</li><li>Must be punctual, dependable, and presentable in client-facing settings</li><li>Ability to work well in a small team and take initiative on the job site</li><li>Experience using project management or job site communication apps is a plus</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position, Monday to Friday schedule.</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at CAD$25 to CAD$35, based on experience.</li><li>Start and end the day at our Owen Sound shop</li><li>Work vehicle provided for travel to job sites</li><li>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada</li></ul>Join the Van Dolder's TeamIf you're ready to work hard, learn continuously, and contribute to a company that takes pride in every project, we'd love to hear from you.
