This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident leading projects on-site, communicating with clients, working closely with the office team, and mentoring helpers. You'll be entrusted with finished materials and high-value installations, so professionalism, punctuality, and foresight are key. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead day-to-day remodeling work on kitchens and bathrooms from demo to final install</li><li>Manage site prep, layout, cabinetry, tiling, trim, and fixture installations</li><li>Act as point of contact for clients on-site; communicate clearly and courteously</li><li>Ensure work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines</li><li>Mentor and collaborate with junior crew members</li><li>Use project management tools (BuilderTrend or JobTread) for updates and documentation</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and the office as needed for smooth project flow</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5 or more years of experience in residential remodeling, including full kitchen and bathroom installations</li><li>Strong carpentry and finishing skills; tile and cabinet installation experience required</li><li>Proven ability to lead jobs independently and solve problems on-site</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing demeanor</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Owen Sound shop (work vehicle provided from there)</li><li>Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication</li><li>Located within 20 to 30 minutes of Owen Sound is preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at CAD$30 to CAD$38, based on experience.</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Stable, year-round work with a trusted local employer</li><li>Positive, respectful, and professional team environment</li></ul>This is a key hire with long-term potential.
